Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a freelance writer and registered nurse. I have bedside nursing experience in the emergency department, intensive care unit, general pediatrics, and the pediatric intensive care unit. I hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing education and experience as a clinical educator.

In addition to writing, I currently practice bedside nursing in a small community hospital ED and ICU. I also teach clinical nursing for a local baccalaureate nursing program. I live in southern Vermont with my family and enjoy all things outdoors.
